Le Port de l’Inde is a Montreal-based, mother-and-son company specializing in artisanal Indian-inspired curry pastes. Created by chef Corrine Deane over more than 25 years, the products are made using local and organic ingredients whenever possible, with the goal of making Indian cooking accessible, flavourful, and rooted in local sourcing, while remaining true to traditional Indian cuisine.
