La Petite Touche is the story of two brothers fascinated by the fusion of science and gourmet food. Intrigued by food preservation processes, Dave and Keven learned about the world of freeze-drying, which led them to create their own revisited version of freeze-dried treats: a new gourmet trend that is gaining popularity. In February 2023, the brothers launched Confections La Petite Touche, the first freeze-dried product company to emerge in Eastern Quebec. The Matanese company is one of the few freeze-dried candy confectioneries in the province.
With solid experience in food processing, the founders apply the recognized hygiene principles of the food industry to offer quality, cutting-edge products. La Petite Touche is based not only on innovation, but also on rigor in food processing. Certainly, the Gaspé company has the wind in its sails and the founders are determined to make their candies travel to infinity, and even further!
