It is a hybrid between a Tabasco-style sauce and a Louisiana-style sauce.

A hybrid between a Tabasco-style sauce and a Louisiana-style sauce, first it hits you with the flavors of pineapple and ginger, then the heat of the habanero takes over. Habasco leaves no one indifferent, guaranteed!

Adds a kick to your Bloody Caesar, pairs perfectly with oysters, blends in to your own sauce recipes or even taken "straight" to test the limits of those around you!

Habasco is lacto-fermented. This fermentation process enhances all the flavors and gives it a much longer shelf life than the rest of our hot sauces. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 25 weeks after opening.
