In April 2021, in a new apartment and with the arrival of nice weather, barbecue season was officially open! Inspired by the warmth outside, Nolan got himself some chili peppers, fruit, and a lot of beer. Accompanied by a few curious friends, this was the beginning of a long series of little "happenings" at the Potvin-Brown household. These moments featured a multitude of flavors, choking, tears, and glasses of milk. Little by little, the hot sauces got people talking, and the first orders quickly appeared. What started as a fun pastime quickly became popular.
