L'Érable au Fil du Temps is the result of a collaboration between young entrepreneurs who decided, in 2009, to buy an abandoned farm and build their own agricultural operation.
The couple, Mathieu Cantin and Jessica Boudreau-Laroche, accompanied by their four children, have made it their mission to showcase the flavours of maple through their products and their mobile sugar shacks. Thanks to their annual offering, you no longer have to wait until spring to enjoy the succulent sweet range of Érable au Fil du Temps.
